•	Annual Walk-a-thon, 9/8/10 On September 8th, IMH's Co-Worker Spirit Committee held their Annual Walk-a-thon with co-workers, residents, volunteers and family members.
•	Villanova Day of Community Service at IMH, 9/11/10 On September 11, Villanova sponsored a Community Service Day and about 28 students came to IMH to assist with projects around the IMH facility. A few students assisted in the garden, a few painted in the Adult Day Program and many worked on cleaning window blinds in resident rooms and social areas.

•	Gardening Day, Friday, April 29, 2011 Since Earth Day fell on Good Friday, IMH decided to embark on a joint Servant Leadership venture between Co-Workers, Residents and the facility's flower and garden areas. Each floor was assigned a different outdoor area to work on. DJ Neil McGlynn provided entertainment. Residents directed co-workers on where to plant flowers. A great, green time was had by all!
