Welcome to Immaculate Mary Home
Immaculate Mary Home is a Catholic, non-profit, 296 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located on 7 scenic acres in Northeast Philadelphia. The Home is owned and operated by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. A full spectrum of senior services including an on-site Adult Day Program are offered on our campus. We are committed to providing a home like atmosphere to our residents where their physical, psycho-social, and spiritual needs are recognized, respected and met. Family members entrusting their loved ones to our Home are encouraged to join our community as Partners in Caring.
